About the Fonville Morisey Real Estate School
The Fonville Morisey Real Estate School has been in existence for over 25 years. A part of the Fonville Morisey Realty family, the school teaches over 2,000 students annually in classes ranging from pre-license, to broker and continuing education, as well as courses for designations awarded by the National Association of Realtors.
The school is anchored by a highly qualified staff of instructors including three holding the designation of Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI), of which there are only 110 nationwide. In addition, three of the instructors have earned the title of “Educator of the Year” as awarded by the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association.
Many students who attend the Fonville Morisey Real Estate School are seeking a career in real estate sales. Attending our school gives the student not only a quality real estate education, but also provides an inside look into the operation of a multi-billion dollar real estate firm.
A great number of our students go on to become Fonville Morisey real estate agents. This happens because they are attracted by quality pre-license classes, but also unmatched new agent training as well as hands on field training. We have found that our students not only excel on the state exam but also have built a foundation which enables them to excel in their careers as well.
