• Recruiting, training and teaching have always been passions of mine. I am very fortunate because now I get to do all of these as part of my role as VP of Career Development for Fonville Morisey. To help someone make a career change by giving them all of the information needed to make an informed decision is very gratifying. I often work with people through the process of getting a license as well as helping them find a sales office that is the perfect fit for them. When I walk in on the first day of a new associate training class and see that person sitting there, ready to get started, it really gives me an amazing feeling. I do know that there are so many people out there who want to change careers to one that will give them control over their time as well as their income. Perhaps they are considering real estate but simply don’t know how to get started and as a result put off making what could essentially be a life changing decision. That is what we do here; develop new careers in the exciting field of real estate in one of the best markets in the country.
