As of April 11, 2021, the NC Real Estate Commission is requiring all Education Providers to administer end-of-class exams for Pre and Post licensing Classes. All examinations are administered virtually. Students must successfully pass the end-of-class exam to be eligible to take for the NC Real Estate Licensing Exam.

Continuing Education Classes – $65 each

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires that all licensees complete a minimum of eight (8) hours of Continuing Education by June 10 of each year in order to renew a license. All necessary books are included in our course fee.

Students should print out continuing education manuals (provided to you via email 2 days before the class) for reference in all virtual classes.

Continuing Education - Synchronous - SOLD!

SOLD! Covers 8 strategies for getting your buyer’s offer accepted in either a single or multiple offer situation & the top negotiation skills needed by every real estate agent. Brokers will learn about iBuyer Companies & how their quick cash offers are affecting our local market. We will learn how to work with, & not against these companies & the similarities & differences when presenting an offer. Finally, we will look at various “myth busters” for selling to millennials & what this generation is looking for in housing & in their agents. We will also consider whether it is better for them to rent or buy in the Triangle based on our current market.

Continuing Education - Synchronous - GOT ETHICS

GOT ETHICS? - is an approved CE Elective that will also serve as a broker’s 3 year Ethics Training requirement for NAR. Students will go over each article of the Code of Ethics with real life, local examples with interactive virtual games of “Crack the Code,” “Guilty or Not Guilty,” “Ethics Feud,” “Inside or Outside the Box?” and “Who You Going to Call?” Brokers will finish up with the 3 Most Common Ethical Dilemmas in Today’s Market along with a special emphasis on multiple offers and social media issues.

Licensing and Education 2021-2022 GENERAL UPDATE COURSE must be completed by June 10, 2022. Note: *BIC and BIC Eligible will not receive credit for General Update. BIC and BIC eligible must take Broker-in Charge Update (BICUP) along with a 4-hour elective.

A Course on how to deal with corporate out of town buyers. Discussion on what out of town buyers are looking for and how real estate differs from state to state and country to country. We will discuss the top ten tips in selling a corporate seller's house quickly and how to fill out a Broker Market Analysis for a Relocation Company.
