About Us

The Fonville Morisey Center for Real Estate Studies (or “The FM School”) has been successfully delivering real estate education to adult learners for nearly 40 years. The FM School maintains three cutting edge classrooms: Raleigh (Midtown), Cary (Preston) and Durham (Southpoint).

At the FM School, we offer courses in broker prelicensing, broker postlicensing and Continuing Education classes as mandated by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

In addition, the FM School offers our exclusive “NC State Specific Review” designed to assist experienced real estate agents licensed in other states earn their North Carolina Real Estate Licenses.
